Cinthia (she/her) is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who uses the latest evidence-based practices and research to treat her clients holistically, compassionately, culturally sensitively, and nonjudgmentally.

She obtained her nursing degree in 2005 and her Master’s in Nursing in 2011, emphasizing educating nurses and the community. She has worked in the emergency room for 18 years and later obtained her PostMaster’s in Psychiatric Mental Health as a Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health conditions with some therapeutic techniques

Cinthia's treatment methods involve a collaborative approach between the client and the provider, which combines holistic, honest, and empathetic communication with her clients and family.
