Kayleigh is dual licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor who obtained her Masters in Counseling from CSUF. She specializes in helping young adults and Millennials navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression. She helps her patients change this belief system so that they can live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Kayleigh is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to help her patients work through unresolved trauma that has caused long-lasting effects, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and other life-limiting behaviors.
Kayleigh believes in the power of authenticity and unconditional care and that therapeutic success comes from her patients feeling safe, supported and understood. She is also an LGBTQIA+ ally and is here to provide support for those going through a transition and/or struggling with sexuality or identity.
