Laura Murdock, MBA
Managing Director
Laura is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than two decades of expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, operational excellence, compliance, credentialing, and delivery of financial performance. Her dynamic leadership has driven transformative initiatives in the healthcare sector, positioning organizations for sustainable success. As a visionary leader, she focuses on a growth-minded direction while ensuring patients, staff, and healthcare providers are satisfied and supported. Laura is passionate about mental health and wellness, ensuring optimal patient care is provided while fostering innovation. Laura holds multiple credentials, including an MBA, FACMPE, CPCO, CPPM, SHRM-SCP, and CPC, and is currently working on a second master’s degree in healthcare administration. She considers herself a “life-long learner” and enjoys mentoring and supporting up-and-coming healthcare professionals.
Martha Hernandez
Office Manager
Martha Hernandez was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She has more than 11 years of experience in health care and 7 years in mental healthcare. She loves working with patients and enjoys learning about them as individuals. She prides herself on organizational skills and is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and responsible. She is hard-working, ensuring smooth operations in a busy work environment. She hopes to further her education in healthcare. Her passion and love are family and traveling.
Alexa, Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Alexa received a BA in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach and is pursuing a graduate degree in clinical psychology. She is committed to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. She plans on working with child and adolescent populations in the future and is passionate about providing inclusive and comprehensive mental health care services to all.
Seth, Patient Care Coordinator
Seth hails from the East Coast, where he received a BS in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech before moving into professional research and mental health care. He currently aspires to pursue a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology and explore the best surf spots on the coast of California.
Jennifer, Patient Care & Therapy Coordinator
Jennifer earned her BA in psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton. She has a background working in ABA therapy and hopes to pursue a graduate degree in the field of psychology. She has a passion for helping people find the care they need.
Charlotte, Patient Care Coordinator
Charlotte recently graduated from California Baptist University with a degree in healthcare administration. She hopes to pursue her master’s in health science, but until then, she is enjoying the life of a recent college graduate and hopes to bring a unique aspect of care to bonmente.
Laila, Medical Secretary
Laila works with patients to ensure administrative tasks are completed as easily and efficiently as possible. She enjoys finding creative solutions and supporting patients through their mental health journey.
Bonmente has been amazing! I called them in November of last year, and it’s now almost a year later and my life is completely different (in a good way). I have anxiety, ptsd, ocd, and adhd. I’m on a regimen that has helped me tremendously.

Bonmente has been so helpful in helping me address my mental health concerns. I’ve never been cancelled on, have never had to wait more than 2 mins for my appointment to start, and I’ve never had to call and remind about prescriptions or anything. They’ve never rushed me in any way and take all of my questions and concerns seriously. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone with anxiety (like myself) who would prefer telehealth options but they’re also close enough that I wouldn’t mind traveling either. Highly recommend!
Of the psychiatrists I’ve worked with, the doctors and staff at Bonmente have been the most amazing and pleasant to work with. The care, transparency and devotion to helping their clients really shows and it’s greatly appreciated. Mental health being so important, they sure do make it easy to feel comfortable.
