Teri is a licensed clinical social worker who obtained a dual Master’s degree in Social Work and Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She is experienced in community, inpatient, and forensic settings. Integrating an eclectic evidence-based approach, Teri specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, crisis, and stress associated with career and life transitions.
Her strengths lay in meeting clients where they are, working in collaboration with each client to create a unique treatment plan with attainable goals. Utilizing a strengths-based model, Teri frequently infuses humor as a lighter approach to therapy. She adeptly incorporates a variety of interventions including cognitive behavior therapy, expressive arts, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and components of dialectical behavioral therapy including mindfulness practices to move the needle toward wellness.
